  • Perishable goods like cakes and pastries are non-returnable.
  • Customized, personalized, or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or damaged items.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., swap a gift or a non-perishable product), please follow the same return process. We will send the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product. In case the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
